We just brought home 6 American Guinea Hogs! They were born on 1/24/15, and we had to wait for them to be weaned before bringing them home. There are 2 females and 4 males and they are so cute and friendly. They sleep in a row every night, usually from largest to smallest...we occassionally think one is missing, only to find him buried under the hay! We discovered that they do not like the rain, prefering (like me) to spend the day napping. Our plans are to breed the females and have 3 of the males processed once they reach BBQ size. Looks like "pork" will be on the Fall Farm to Table Menu!!
